Alter Ego
‘Alter Ego’ has been one of the most exciting projects I engaged with in the past two years, exactly because it was an attempt to achieve something way out of my comfort zone.
For this project I was required to develop an alter ego by not only creatimg a distinctive costume for my character, but also producing a character development sheet, which was a task that enabled me to put both my storytelling and wiritng abilities to the test.
Completing the character and the costume was when the project truly began, since I was finally able to perform, go around embodying my character and interacting with others.
My alter ego’s name is Fred, he is a hybrid between human and mushrooms, as well as the oficially elected mushroom president. No matter his popularity though, a dark secret in his past comes back to haunt him and put his presidential career at risk.
